Le projet ZAZAGASY
Apart from the basic activity of our “Street Children International Solidarity Chain”, we raised funds to set up a Center called “ Zazagasy “ translatable textually ” Malagasy children“, intended to welcome underprivileged children.
The center was not created following the events of 2009!
Despite everything, we wanted to honor this great project by supporting an already existing school in the town of Ambohipeno – rural municipality of Ambohimanambola – Antananarivo Avaradrano; she has the pretty name of “ School of Hope ” . We extended two buildings there, the first of which has four classrooms with covered playground and the second has two rooms: library and infirmary plus four latrines and a well with water tower. And this year a sports ground!
Wednesday, October 29, 2014, was an unforgettable day for all of us, we had the great pleasure of inaugurating our Zazagasy project in the presence of the Mayor, local notables and our team !
The donations accumulated since 1997 have allowed us to finish the work, to furnish the classrooms, apart from that, we will still have to face the supply of the library as well as the infirmary!
We ask for your good heart and your participation, for this supply, either in the form of donations of materials, or in the form of financial aid. We thank you in advance from the bottom of our hearts for your help, however small.
